This are two small murex specie, please id it. from Philippines.

The first one is clearly a Chicoreus species.  There are only two Philippine Chicoreus that can be fully adult at this size - C. dodongi and C. strigatus.  This specimen does not appear to be either of those.  Therefore I believe it must be a small juvenile of a larger species, perhaps C. microphyllus.
