Upper cone (39mm) may be
Conus distans juvenile, and the bottom is likely
Conus distans chinoi juvenile such as
conchology.be:

I do agree with bottom one, I am not sure the top one is a distans aswell.
The top one looks more like moreleti to me.

The top one is Conus moreleti. The one on the bottom is a juvenile Conus distans. Such a juveile was described as Conus chinoi.
