I'm planning some diving in Borneo (Sipadan/Mabul) and in the Philippines (Balicasag island).Â Are there some good beachcombing, or other diving/collectingÂ locations that should not be missed?Â Â Where can one meet the fishing boats coming in in the Philippines?
