Hi, every one, this shell is 2.5 cm lenght,  from Sea of Cortez, Mexico.

<a href="http://www.badongo.com/es/pic/9294037" target="_blank"><!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.badongo.com/es/pic/9294037">http://www.badongo.com/es/pic/9294037</a><!-- m --></a>

Any help is very aprecciated.

Thanks!
Assuming it is a Crassispira, which I couldn't say for certain, the shell is so smoothed by erosion that the original sculpture is virtually gone.  Based on the ground color and the light subsutural band, Crassispira discors would be a possibility, though it is a little large for that species.  Otherwise perhaps the similar Crassispira rustica.
Thank you Paul! I Assumed it was that genus because it was the most common in the area wih that form.

It is definetly the right family ins´t?

Thank you!
